About the Park
Northern Forest Heritage Park
Located in the Androscoggin River Valley in the heart of New Hampshire's Great North Woods, the Northern Forest Heritage Park's mission is to preserve and interpret the history of the working forest and celebrate the multi-cultural heritage of the Great North Woods Region.
Established in 1994 by a local Board of Trustees, the NFHP consists of:
• a three acre site with waterfront access and walkways
• an outdoor amphitheater
• a full-size replica logging camp
• interactive exhibits
• the Brown Company House Museum
• the Artisans display gallery
• and the Artisans Gift Shop
The Northern Forest Heritage Park is open year round with limited program activity in the winter months.
